Plot hole:
Jerry gives a letter to Neerja at airport.
Although, she is frisked by the terrorist thoroughly, then also, her letter is not found.
In latter scene, she took out the letter from her pocket.
Factual Error:
- End clips reveal Neerja's killers were sentenced to life-time imprisonment.
FACT- They were initially given death sentence than it was commuted to Life Imprisonment against the wishes of India and United States. Later the killers escaped/ released from the Pakistans Jail.
