Factual Error:

The arrow in military vehicle's number is always followed by a set of numbers. The first two digits tell you the year the vehicle was put in service. For instance, 06 would mean that the vehicle is from 2006. But here, it is alphabet!

Continuity Error:
When Jahan Bakshi came down he was suppoeted by 3 set of wires attached to his body.

But, when he rescued Suhani, only 1 pair of wires are there to make him stand upright.

Plot hole:
When Yami Gautam gives letter to Pulkit to sign, he tore it away.

But, in next scene he gave the letter to Yami after signing. How???
