Plot hole:

You can see that there was no pistol(which Ajay Devgan snatched from CBI officer) in their hand when they were hanging on train.

But in next shot, Saif Ali Khan saw that pistol lying on the surface of the train.

Continuity Mistake:

When the truck by stopped by policemen at check post, the blood stains on the coat of Saif Ali Khan were fade.

But when they were arrested, suddenly, the blood stains become prominent.
