Plot holes:

• Police knows that Akshay will rob at 8.30 p.m. and they reach their on time and guess what?? They robbed 15 minutes earlier. Shouldn't police have to secure the placed much earlier instead of reaching on time.

• When Raju sing the song "Paas bulati hai...", Mohnish Behl says that this song is sung by Shilpa Shetty as lullaby for Raju. That song unconsiously came from the mouth of Raju. Really??? When Raju was lost, he was 1 year old & he remembered the song that early.

Factual Error:
Usually we give arghya(offerings) to Sun with water towards his direction (i.e east or west). But, Karishma is doing it on other direction.
