Continuity Mistakes:

• When Abhishek reaches Canada, he is clean shaved.

But after few scenes, where he meets Esha Deol(on same day), he was sporting stubble.

• When Sanjay Dutt writes JEET on road it is circled.

But when close-up shot is shown, the word JEET isn't circled.

Plot hole:
In climax scene Abhishek Bachchan says there is no lakes nearby so has to go to distant lake & since that lake is surrounded by populated area, he has to crash the plane.

But, we can see when he started to fly there is a water body( seems like river) and also its banks have no buildings. So he could have dropped the bomb here instead of crashing the plane in lake.
