Continuity Mistakes:

• When she faced her face, all stains of blood were washed away.

In next scene, when she wake up the blood stains were present.

• When Pakistani soldiers set fire to few coaches, there is only one coach between engine and the burning coach.

But, when Tara Singh rescued his family from fire and was bringing them to the engine, three coaches are visible.

Factual Error:
In the movie, members of Sakeena's family sings Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) during pre-partition India (pre-1947). However, this song was first published in 1956.
