Plot holes:

Here Hema Malini says that she leaves STM(college) 32 years ago when Amitabh Bachchan was appointed Principal there.

The board shows that Amitabh Bachchan became principal in 1983 and the timeline of movie depicts 2008. So only 25 years has passed since then. Not 32 years!

Continuity Mistake:
In this scene the wife of Prabhakar Anand is not behind him.

Suddenly in next shot she appears.

Factual Error:
Saif Ali Khan call from Cornell University, New York.

But number on Deepika Padukone's mobile starts from +91 which is code of India.
