Continuity Mistakes:
While Hritik is putting ring on Kareena's finger, there is ring already in his finger.

But in next scene, Kareena is putting the ring in his finger (which he already wore).

Other Mistake:
While shopping for Rani Mukherjee, Hritik gaves his expert opinion that she would never wear yellow-ish clothes.

But, we can see Rani wearing that color few times in movie.
